eZee Centrix is the channel-management component in the eZee hospitality product family. Official partner material describes it as managing hotel rates and inventory across connected channels while integrating with hotel software and reservation systems.

## Ecosystem role

Centrix belongs in the connectivity/distribution layer between hotel source systems and downstream sales channels.

The broader eZee platform also exposes an Open API surface used by multiple eZee products, which makes eZee relevant beyond a closed hotel extranet.

Do not make channel identifiers the hotel's canonical identity.

## Developer model

eZee publicly references an Open API platform. Capability must still be checked product-by-product: an API available to eZee Absolute or Optimus should not automatically be assumed to exist for every Centrix workflow.

- duplicate reservation processing,
- product-family capability assumptions,
- stale channel state.

Centrix is relevant upstream of metasearch because channel-manager accuracy influences OTA/direct-channel offers later compared by discovery products.
