Protel is a hospitality technology provider in Turkey offering hotel and restaurant management solutions. Its official surfaces place PMS, Channel Manager, Online Booking Engine and Oracle Hospitality products within the same solution portfolio.

## Ecosystem role

This is a vendor/solution-provider profile rather than a single software-product profile. Capability roles and underlying product ownership should therefore remain separate.

## PMS

Official hotel-management material describes PMS as the core system managing operations from reservations through billing and presents OPERA Cloud as a PMS solution. Protel also positions its PMS Mobile product as an extension integrated with systems such as OPERA and Fidelio.

## Channel Manager and Booking Engine

The main product navigation separately lists Channel Manager and Online Booking Engine solutions. Protel can therefore be modeled as a multi-role entity spanning inventory systems, distribution and direct booking.

## Oracle Hospitality relationship

Protel's official About page describes a strong Oracle Hospitality partnership and states that it distributes OPERA PMS and Simphony POS in Turkey. “Protel” and “Oracle OPERA” must not be modeled as the same product identity; vendor/distributor and product owner are separate entities.

Official product pages establish the capability portfolio and partner relationship, but this profile does not verify an open public developer API contract.
