Provider cancellation başarılıyken local booking hâlâ CONFIRMED görünüyorsa problem cancellation'dan çok **state propagation ve evidence processing** katmanındadır.

## Symptom

- provider booking cancelled,
- local UI confirmed gösteriyor,
- refund/cancel akışı tetiklenmiyor,
- webhook veya reconcile sonucu local state'e yansımamış.

## Possible causes

- cancellation response persist edilmedi,
- webhook kayboldu,
- stale event yeni state'i overwrite etti,
- optimistic concurrency update kaybetti,
- event işlendi ama materialized view güncellenmedi.

## Diagnosis

1. Cancellation attempt sonucunu bulun.
2. Provider retrieve ile authoritative state'i doğrulayın.
3. Event store ve materialized booking state'i karşılaştırın.
4. Webhook delivery/queue/DLQ kontrol edin.
5. Version conflict veya failed DB write var mı inceleyin.
6. Refund/payment flow cancellation state'e bağlı mı kontrol edin.

## Recovery

Authoritative provider state CANCELLED ise local state'i reconciliation evidence ile düzeltin. Event history'yi silmeyin; neden stale kaldığını ayrıca işaretleyin.
