## Symptom

- booking/provider state değişmiş ama local state stale,
- beklenen cancellation/refund/confirmation event'i yok,

## Possible causes

- DNS/TLS/network failure,
- signature/auth rejection,
- ingress 5xx/timeout,
- queue publish/consume failure,

## Diagnosis

1. Provider delivery dashboard/log varsa kontrol edin.
