STAAH, merkezinde channel management bulunan; booking, GDS ve hotel commerce capability'leriyle genişleyen bir hospitality distribution platformudur.

## Ekosistemdeki rolü

STAAH esas olarak **connectivity/distribution** katmanında konumlanır. Channel Manager; rate, availability ve restriction state'ini bağlı kanallara dağıtır, reservation state'ini hotel operasyonuna geri taşır.

Public ürün yüzeylerinde GDS, booking engine ve metasearch'e komşu capability'ler de bulunduğu için tek bir OTA connector gibi modellenmemelidir.

## Integration boundary

Canonical property, room ve rate-plan identity channel mapping ID'lerinden ayrı tutulmalıdır.

## Developer-access notu

## Metasearch açısından

Metasearch'te görülen price/availability hatası daha upstream distribution zincirinden gelebilir. STAAH bu upstream connectivity katmanlarından biridir.
