Editorial
Corrections policy
When an error is found, we re-verify the source and reflect material changes rather than silently changing dates.
When do we correct a page?
When we identify an incorrect technical claim, stale endpoint/auth information, wrong classification, broken source, faulty data model or misleading interpretation of research.
Process
- Identify the claim and its current source.
- Verify against a current primary source.
- Correct content, metadata and related pages.
- Use updatedAt/changelog for material changes.
Date policy
Dates are not updated merely to manufacture freshness. reviewedAt represents technical/source review; updatedAt represents a substantive content change.
