Agentic Travel Servicing, Consent ve Auditability

Agentic travel sisteminde purchase tamamlandıktan sonra cancellation, refund, exchange ve change işlemleri yeni side-effect'lerdir. Original purchase consent bu işlemler için otomatik authorization değildir.

Cancellation ve refund

Agent önce quote etmelidir:

• cancellation penalty,
• refundable amount,
• timing,
• payment method,
• provider restrictions.

Mutation ancak kullanıcı veya geçerli servicing mandate onayından sonra çalışmalıdır.

Consent versioning

Consent şu state'e bağlanmalı:

• booking version,
• quoted penalty/refund,
• currency,
• servicing operation,
• timestamp.

Quote değişirse eski consent geçersiz olmalıdır.

Bir servicing transaction için zincir:

Audit record

Audit event:

• kim/neyin behalf'inde,
• hangi operation,
• hangi booking/version,
• hangi quote,
• hangi authorization,
• hangi agent/model/tool execution,
• hangi outcome bilgisini saklamalıdır.

Agent explanation

Kullanıcıya:

• ne değişti,
• ne kadar refund/penalty oluştu,
• işlem confirmed mi pending mi,
• next action gerekiyor mu açıklanmalıdır.

UNKNOWN servicing

Agent UNKNOWN sonucu "tamamlandı" diye özetlememeli. State pending olarak kalmalı ve reconciliation tool'u devreye girmelidir.

Data minimization

Auditability için raw prompt veya full PII saklamak şart değildir. Structured evidence ID'leri ve redacted summaries tercih edilmelidir.

Failure modes

• stale quote ile cancel,
• old consent reuse,
• refund amount değiştiği halde tekrar onay almama,
• UNKNOWN'u success sayma,
• raw prompt içinde PII saklama,
• agent/model version bilgisini kaybetme.

Observability

• servicing consent rate,
• quote-changed reapproval rate,
